Alex in Soft Focus

Another one of Alex from a couple of weeks ago. I've tried to create a soft focus effect by applying gaussian blur to a top layer and then reducing the opacity. Don't know if it's the right way to do it, but it seems to have had the desired effect. Thoughts?

i find that the angle of the shot makes it difficult to see how pretty the model is.

i actually rotate my head to see!

That's a fair comment. I'm actually happy with the composition myself, but that's a personal thing I suppose.
