All in one Tablet, live TV, Internet spec help

A friend of mine has set me a challenge and I have no idea where to even start!

He is having a brand new kitchen installed and asked me to find him a touch screen tablet type hardware that can be fixed to the wall but must have the following specification/abilites

• Completely touch screen
• Large enough screen to watch live TV on while he is cooking
• Easily connect to the internet to view videos or look up recipes
• Use like a jukebox and send music to bluetooth/Wireless speakers in the kitchen

I'm struggling to come up with something that can achieve all of these, especially the live TV part and have a big enough screen.

Budget isn't too much of an issue if it does everything that he needs.

If anyone can suggest something that would do all of the above it would be really appreciated.

Not aware of any tablet with a TV tuner so assuming he means Internet streams then it just depends what he classes as a reasonable viewing size.

Otherwise any tablet will do all of the above.

Yep, my iPad Pro will do all of that.

An All-in-one PC perhaps?

Just a quick look - a Lenovo 23.8" All-in-One with touchscreen from PC World starts at £580. Add a USB TV tuner if want live (over the air) TV.

You'd need to check if it has VESA compatible mounting holes.
