I took this today not sure about it

not too bad, i would have shot it so that it was a little closer to the plant, se my gallery, i got 3 allium shots in there from this time last year) this shows a bit more detail in the flower then, something i wanted to do but didnt was shoot it so that the plant was over to one side, covering most of the frame(iyswim)

There's something about that shot that I really like. It's framed perfectly for a start & I really like how one of the flowers is brighter than the rest.
Agree with Matty about the closeup shot as I think that'd work as well though

About the framing.

I think increasing the aperture to get all the petals in focus would improve it.

Great colours though
