Need your advice guys, my brain is in melt down!
Since I first borrowed a 70-200mm 2.8 it has been on my wish list as I feel it would be used a fair amount and it is a stonking piece of kit. Currently the most use lens I have is the 100-400L which I used for BoP centres, zoo's, motorsport and pretty much everything, it's rarely off the camera.
My dilema is I can afford a 70-200 and 2x mk3 which on paper would maintain my 400mm option but in reality what is the 70-200 & 2x mk3 combo like in terms of focus speed/image quality against the 100-400 as if I were to buy the combo now I would need to sell my 100-400 to get the required funds so not able to keep both?
What would you guys recommend, keep saving the pennies and forget the 2x or sell the 100-400 and have the 70-200 & 2x????
