Amazon Prime Photo - Compression and Size alteration.

Morning TP'ers,

I uploaded a batch of photographs overnight to Amazon Prime Photo - test it out etc.

This morning checking they've uploaded and they have, but some JPGs really have been shrunk.

The original size is according to PS is 3456 x 2304.

Amazon have compressed it to... 160 x 120.

What gives, anyone else had this problem?

Looked around and I can't for the life of me find how to fix it or have I done something wrong.

Is that when you're viewing via the app or after download? All of mine are exactly as uploaded (when MD5/SHA checksummed against the version that wasn't uploaded)

Viewing from my browser, when I click asking to show more info then it shows the smaller si,e, which looks right against the image in the web browser. But it's not all of them,

My .Jpg and .3CR files all look good to according to both file size and image dimensions, without down loading a folder I can not check the Photo Shop files but I am not expecting any problems.
I don't know what is going wrong at your end.

Hmmm.. I'll delete them and try again. Bur watch the transfer over of some 20 photos.

I only used photoshop to check dimensions.

See if that works as I draged a 1000 photos over the first time in folders.
