An Actor in Flood was he in an advert a while ago?

Just watching Flood on TV tonight, just spotted an actor named Angus Barnett who plays underground worker Bill. I say he was the feller who was in an advert a few years back.

Can't remember what the advert was for, but the woman is talking to her friend and says her feller sits around all day watching rubbish. We assume he is watching rubbish on TV, but it then cuts to the feller who is in fact staring at an overflowing rubbish bin. he then gives a funny little giggle.

Does anybody remember this advert, if so what was it advertising? I want to see if it's on youtube. I say it is him while the missus says it's not

I already have done a web search last night, but I just can't track the specific advert down. I can't even remember what the advert was advertising ..

That's brill, so it seems it is the same feller then . What I always remember about the advert, is the way he gives the funny sort of loony giggle and a little body jerk as he does the half giggle. Would love to track down a clip, it is doing my head in now not knowing what the ad was for
