I think this is a Kingfisher taken, with the others, in India 2008:

1. Kingfisher..I think, heavy crop

2. Fresh Squid...

3. Sunset

4. The Birds!

On #4, I might crop out the man in the left and clone out the man on the beach to make it the man on the wall with the birds, alone...

Something like this, maybe?
