1st image needs to be shot using a more central position to make it a more symmetrical composition - the stronger lines of the pipes could be used to good effect. also, it's not straight, which is the same problem with the 2nd image. Not a fan of the car in it either. Both of them lack an obvious subject

3rd is best, although there's still a few niggles, it's generally good. Now shoot it on black and white film :p
 
Mostly agree with Nicks crit, you could always clone out the car and the man! Straighten the buildings and convert to b+w and see what you think? I quiet like them as they are tbh!

Love numbers 2 and 3.

I'd clone out the car and keep the man personally for a bit of character. Might look good in b/w too, not sure..
