Yup, they have developed a taste for Caimens and are happy to go into water and are active swimmers. Some prefer to jump on caimen from trees which is spectacular to see and shows the power that these cats have.

I like the blurred foreground. I assume you were in a boat when you took the photo? Was it a case of hanging over the edge holding the camera just above the water?

Thank you. Correct we were in a boat which was low - I only had to rest on the edge of the boat to get what I thought was an acceptable low angle. There were time when I did hang over the edge, thank god for articulating screens!!
