Yes
Nothing as bad as they have down under but i got asked to take
some pics of a local playground that was flooded from the rain.
They want to use them to complain to the council, it could really do
with the drains sorting, so i had a wander over for ten minute to
snap some...

Anyways i thought a few would look quite good in mono...

They are all very competent and the mono conversion is very well done - they ought to make the council take notice. The one that really stands out for me as an artistic image is the last one. I love the light and the contrast between the flowing lines of the tree and the straight lines of the fences and seat. IMO it would be even better if you cropped a little off the top, to lose the distracting (to me) top of the wall at the right.

I really like 3 and 4 but i agree with tracer they are a bit distracting, too much going on, and needs cropping. The B&W works well though, it a shame the parks near me aren't in a reasonable state to photograph in the first place, although maybe i should investigate the graffiti :p

Thanks for the comments, the last could probably do with a little off the top.
To be honest a playground isnt normally something i would consider pointing
the lens towards these days, luckily there were no kids near it....

Cheers
