After being a iphone user since day 1, I have grown bored of iOS and sold my iphone 4 this past Friday. I now have a Sony Ericsson xperia play. (before iphone I always had se handsets/helped run a se forum)

Is there any must have android apps? Best applications to sync with OSX? (currently have a mixture of missing sync and double twist)

Syncmate works great with OS X and my Desire. And there is TP Forums app as well just in case you don't want to miss something on here.
 
Winamp for music.

GO SMS for txts.

GO Launcher EX if you don't like the default homepage/dock etc.

App2SD Free should you need/want to move apps to the SD card.

Photoshop Express.

Angry Birds :p
