Annoying bit of stuff on sensor?

Hi, I know there are loads of threads on sensor cleaning- I just have 1 little piece of hair or something on mine near the bottom right corner, evident on the pic below. I can see it when I look in there- and have tried blowing it away with a little bulb blower thing but it won't budge, I have a lens pen with the normal felt'y sort of end and the other end has a soft brush that slides out- is it worth trying that to unearth it so it will blow away?

I have never thought I'd worry about cleaning a sensor before until I actually need to do it

I'm pretty sure the image projected on your sensor is upside down so the fluff will be on the top edge if you want to try it again with the blower. I forget whether the image is reversed left-right too so try both top corners.

Well I carefully dusted it with the soft brush of the lens pen- and not moved at all, after as close a look as my eyes can see it appears to be a mark or scratch and not fluff :(

What are my options?

Would be surprised if it is a scratch - maybe a hair caught under the plastic that holds the sensor in place - I have had a few caught there. Maybe worth giving some swabs a go:

Graham (FITP) sells excellent sensor swabs. I have cleaned 3 cameras so far.

Only use a swab once in each direction then move to the next.
