Another family portrait thread!

A good family pic with everyone looking at the camera which is a good start although eyes are a bit squinted in places and glasses are obscuring eyes.
3 issues I can see: it doesn't look as though you were central or level when it was taken, there is an apex coming out of the older man's shoulder, and you have slightly cuts off sides and feet of some of the family.

Hi, thanks very much for taking the time to reply.
The camera was on a garden table, all a bit sput of the moment, angled using the strap bunched up under the lens!
All good points - the apex I hadn't noticed (should be clonable), the crop I'm stuck with unfortunately
