Well, I am setting up a studio for pet photography.

Now I was after a bit of guidance on kit.

Was thinking the following as a starting point.

x3 Studio Lights
x3 Softbox & umbrella for above
x4 Pocket Wizard Wireless Tx/Rx all in ones.
Background frame
Infinity Curve
Light Meter
Collection of snoots, gels, etc..

Have hired several full setup studios, so using is not a big issue, but its remembering everything. lol.

Apart from props, etc., have I missed something vital?

Cheers,
Will

Reflector and stand.

You don't need four triggers, and PWs are a very expensive way of doing it. One Elinchrom IR trigger for £50 is what I use. Maintains full x-sync speed unlike cheaper radio triggers.

And do you need three softboxes?

Maybe repost in the lighting section.

You only need one trigger and the other studio lights will fire in slave mode. I prefer flash in the pans radio triggers to the lencarta one I have and with the leads he supplies you can use the same to trigger your camera.

If you click the report this thread button and ask it to be moved to lighting it will save it having to be reported there.
