Apologies if this link has been posted before but in following the other thread about abandoned hospitals I strayed (as is the the way of the interweb) into a long blog about a trip to Antarctica. This is somewhere I would love to visit as I've been interested in the whole region and history for years.
The photographer (and blogger) has some fantastic images and it really would be a great place to visit for a snapper.
The bloggers took 16,000 photo's which would required a fair bit of editing I imagine. I also think they must have some serious money to make a private charter trip like this!
This is the first image that sparked my attention
