any ical users?

Hi

We use ical and find it great but .......

we want to create a customer list. What would be ideal is to be able to do the following:-

Enter a new customers name, address and telephone number and appointment date and time. The appointment would then automatically be entered into ical.

At a later date if we wanted to do a mail out we could simply use the address list.

Any ideas how we would set it up please

I do mine separately, a pain but the only way so far I know it works. So I'll enter the details into iCal either manually or automatically from an email, then create an address book entry and save it under my 'Work' group. Then I can send a mailshot to everyone within that group if I need to.

Just use Bento on your mac, its a complete workflow tool, and Bento 3 syncs seamlessly with ical and address book to create mail merges and lists etc....
