Any idea what it was - camera

Hi,

I was out around Hyde Park Corner this afternoon with a few friends when we noticed a tourist using a double lens, stereoscopic I assume digital camera. It was obviously pretty new and around the size of an average compact but double the length, say 6". It had two lenses placed along the centre line in a similar manner to the stero cameras that were popular 30 years or so ago. Before we could get a better look or ask him what it was he and his companion had disappeared into the subway system. Anybody any idea what camera it might have been?

No none of those I'm afraid but thanks for the suggestions. I've never seen the Fuji before anyway but this one had two 'conventional' lenses poking out of the front so looked just like small rectangular digital compact of say four years ago but longer with two lenses. Annoying isn't it, damn thing.

I imagine it would be a 3D camera, but I thought they stopped making those a few years ago.
