Any ideas-bag for a D5100 with a 55-300mm lens attached

Hi ,ive got a D5100 and i am now looking at adding a 55-300 lens .Do you have any recommendations for a bag that can be used with the lens still attached .Im uk based ...thanks

Size? Camera only or larger to provide storage of provisions like sandwiches, clothing, drink/flask
Style? Messenger, backpack, field/case
Does it need to have a tripod carrying capability?

I use a lowepro zoom 55 as my small bag, can carry my d3100, 55-300 and 18-55mm lenses and sb400 flash and either lens will fit attached to the body

budget - upto £50
i want it to be just a carry round bag .Only needs to hold the camera with zoom lens attached and maybe a smaller lens as well + some basic accesories .Dont need to carry tripod round at this stage .
