Any ideas?

I have a blog. I do photoshop and Lightroom tutorials and I want to do some photography stuff later. It's a relatively new blog so I don't have many reared yet. And I don't know what to make tutorials on. I have no idea what to make a step-by-step tutorial on. I usually write about techniques I used recently, but because of the final exams at school and a lot of horrible wheather I haven't taken many photos recently.

Any suggestions would be nice. If you have a blog what do you do when you are in my situation?

Ps: My blog is targeted to beginners so it can be something quite simple.

I think the best way is to get out there, shoot something simple with simple set up, come back home, edit 2 or 3 photos,include before after or some behind the scenes and write about the whole thing. Check my blog (link in signature) to see an example.

You have a nice blog. I am going to go into town and shoot a local festival. (Jugendfest) I will be using a complicated set-up. Something like a diviuser, I will take a hose to get some water into the shot, etc. Or I can use the clouds and the rain

I will look into getting a waterproof bag. I didn't have that I had a little bag for a bridge camera and I put it into a small rucksack.

It depends on where your starting from, like choosing a camera -what lens does what - which filters do what ,what the main interest would be ie wildlife-portraits-buildings-scenery and how one would go about each subject, the list is really endless.

If you can't get out, go back to some of your older photographs, pick one you like and try to work out why you like it, then explain why it works for you and what PS techniques you used to make it better.

Then choose an image you don't like and try to make it better and blog about that.
