I've had lots done without a problem. And I mean hundreds. Then I had a batch done around June and I did notice they were darker. Nothing has changed at my end. They weren't quite darker enough to make me return them. I'm just uploading a small batch to be printed A4 at this moment, and if they don't come back right then I will return them.

Your post is not the first time that I have read that. I use DS Colour Labs for my prints, no complaints at all. :)
 
I got the above-mentioned A4s back, 20 of them (ordered Friday am - received Saturday am). Printed as per my screen and nice.
