any one use a Manfrotto 460MG Magnesium Head

It's my main head on my 055 Carbon. Works great, not sure there's a massive difference between this head though and a cheaper Manfrotto 3way head.
 
whats the largest set up you have used on it ? i dont know how well it would take a 50d with a grip and a 50-500 sigma
 
Well I have a 5D and 50-500mm, I'm not I've tried it on the head though as I tend to fix it straight to the top of my monopod mainly (but I don't see why its wouldnt take it). Max payload is 3kg's, the 50-500mm is 2kg's
 
cheers buddy i think i will go with a benro bh1 ball head its £15 cheaper and has a better load rate at 13.2 lbs (6 kg).
