specifically photocart with paypal business users..
by default have you noticed that IE blocks cookies to paypal.com which stops the "click here to pay" working properly resulting in a PayPal "sorry, an error occurred" message?
got a thread logged on the photocart site but as theyre US its taking a bit longer than id like to get resolved/advice.
