Any Point Upgrading From S90 to S95

The only "major" difference I can see is HD movie capture with stereo sound. Obviously lots of minor tweaks but is it enough to upgrade (assuming cost isn't an issue)?
 
If cost isn't an issue then go for it, it's nice to have new toys.

In the real world I haven't bothered, I'm more than happy with my S90 for still images and can't see how the S95 would improve this.
