For one I think it is ugly, and although it described it as a snug fit I would be wondering if it caused any rubbing marks on the matt finish of your precious camera. As with all protective covers there is the risk of grit finding it's way in between the camera and the cover and if that goes unnoticed it can cause damage rather than protect it from damage.
 
Cant really see the point. Wouldnt use it myself, I tend to be very over protective with my camera so would never need it.
 
Well I expect it would prove useful if you were traveling/on safari or anywhere that the camera is likely to be swinging about and in danger of getting knocked and that price is hardly bank breaking. My 300D took a nasty fall off a window sill not long after I bought it and has a scuff on the rear lcd because of it, something like that armour would have saved it.

As long as it doesn't smell of rubber when you have your nose up against it though :)
