Any thoughts on this lens

Any ever tried or owned this lens as I'm tempted to get it as quite cheap well within my budget due to little one on the way funds are tight as I don't really want to be swapping lens all the time

Check if you can auto focus at f6.3.
It doesn't mention if it has IS, if not it might be difficult to keep steady at 200mm.

You might be able to pick up an 18-135mm IS or a 55-250mm IS in that price range second hand.

I have a 55-250 but I don't want to keep carrying around the other lens I know I doesn't have the IS ability but don't think I would need that as I tend tongues the tripod quite alot I've not seen any 18-135 in that price range though in regards to the AF at6.3 unsure on that

You managed to read it? I got so far and then found myself stuck with the image of someone tonguing their tripod. Which sounds quite dangerous in low temperatures.
