I just took delivery of a manfrotto MH54 tripod head and it's come damaged....
I could fix it but shouldn't have too. Now I'm trying to decide to return for refund or replacement. My issue is I wanted a head with good smooth panning and this is quite stiff and I just want to see if this is normal or mine is completely faulty. The friction knob on mine seems pretty iffy as well.
