Any way to drag n drop files on iPhone

Just wondering, is there any way to move pics and video clips, back onto an iPone without having to connect to itunes. I don't like having to use itunes, I would rather simply drag and drop, just like usb storage.

I think there is a software for PCs called as iphone explorer..think that might be of help.
