Anybody else not like 60Hz display on their TV?

I recently got a LG 4K TV and it displays at 60Hz which I find unpleasing to watch. Instead of being absorbed by the thing I'm watching, I constantly think how weird it looks and I can't seem to find any option to reduce the refresh rate.

Is it just me that doesn't like watching 60Hz?

Not at all. It's just the frame rate is too high. I'm so used to watching 24-30fps!

Ah, it's a form of frame interpolation which I've managed to switch off, thankfully!

To me, this digital interpolation is a bit like if Flickr applied some of their own post-processing (without your asking it to) to any photos you upload to it and changing the way it looks. It significantly changes the viewer's experience so I don't understand why it's so prevalent amongst high definition TVs.

I have a LG 4K 55" and I assume it is 60hz. Best TV I ever seen in my life ( except the stupidly expensive QLED stuff and high end Sony )
LG use IPS screens that I fell in love with because PC/games look incredible on them and the viewing angles are so much better.
