Anyone been on a Joe Cornish workshop?

I'm considering attending one of the photography workshops run by Joe Cornish (http://www.joecornish.com/workshop/workshops.asp) and wondered if anyone had been on one? - whilst I'm looking to pick up a few expert tips on landscapes I'm even more interested in improving my Photoshop skills. I know there's loads of Photoshop training available but I want something specifically aimed at landscape photography.

I'd appreciate any feedback

Thanks

Simon

Sorry, Simon, I cannot help but I am interested if you do get any replies because I have been thinking of going on one myself.

The reason I did not book is because I think they are probably too advanced for me with respect to landscape photography and also I thought there may be too much Photoshop content (as well as the fact that I don't use Photoshop!).

I bought one for my wife for her birthday last year, and she had a great time and learnt a lot (she's not really a photographer but after seeing Joe and Andy rouse do a talk last year she wanted to give it a go) So off she toddled with my mamiya 645 and only a basic understanding of what went on.

but joe is a lovely bloke and very paitent with newbie questions (as well as those from the more informed) so it all went swimingly.

He also runs a exhibition once a year at his gallery where all his course participants are invited to submit a print.

You won't pick up much photoshop from his usual courses as he focuses (no pun intended) on getting it right in camera - when most of the participants are rocking medium format film kit PP isnt a big consideration.

That said he does offer specific photoshop courses as do light and land (who he works a lot with)

Thanks for the info...the course I'm considering is one of the Capture2computer two day courses (http://www.joecornish.com/workshop/view_workshop.asp?pid=54&page=2) , the first day taking photos and the 2nd day being spent on Photoshop doing the processing so it sounds ideal
