Hi folks,
Not just posting here to boast, but it looks like I might get to go and see the Aaron's 499 NASCAR race at Talladega next year (neatly falls on the way back from a family wedding I am obliged to attend). Having looked around at the seating plans, it does look like you are a very long way from the track if you want a good view.
Has anyone been? Is there any point trying to take photos during the race or should I try and get paddock passes and just get some shots before-hand (are the cars usually available for pictures?).
On a non-photography note, there are plenty of firms offering packages to the event which seem like a good option, has anyone used any of these and can recommend them?
