Just a quick heads up before a charity golf day that I'm shooting for a friend of mine next week. He's asked me to take a picture of everyone teeing off and I'm wondering what shutter speed to use. Using my D300s with a Siggy 70-200 2.8
I seem to remember a similar thread a few months back, I think the over riding advice then was whatever you do take a shot as they are 'swinging' - will go search and see if I can find it.
The only thing I have seen done at a charity golf day was a side on series of shots showing about 4 shots through the course of a swing, which looked really cool, and actually helped people to critic their swing, so sold a lot.
