Can't get to some sites mailnly London based and Nominet seems to be down.

Setting that seems to have fixed it. Even reverted to old IP and sites failed again.

Looks like your ISP's dns then, I use opendns and it seems pretty good.

i think that is the primary open dns ip, i always find it best to use the isp's dns as primary and the opendns 208 ip as secondary to kick in when all else fails!
