Been playing with the idea of some form of MP3 player, plus a Sat Nav for a while, then came across this here . Seems to do a lot, but haven't heard of it before. Anyone got one or know someone who has ? Any good ?

I think the new Qtek G100 PDA is pretty cool. It has a built in GPS receiver for running sat nav, and with a big enough CF card you can store quite a few MP3s. With the total absence of wires you could even use it on a motor bike. ;)

If you have a smart phone you can install tomtom.
All you need then is a blue tooth GPS receiver.

I have the viamichelin software on the other halfs palm.
Its very handy when we're going somewhere we've never been before,
and its very accurate.

If your planning on using it in the car, don't get a window mount.
The powers that be are going to ban anything being stuck on the windscreen.
 
the Mitac Mio is a good unit, i got one of them, pocket PC, MP3, Sat nav....marvelous tool
