I really think I want one of these but want to see a few reviews of them first and hear peoples thoughts... So anyone got one yet... I see it's gone onto back order in w/e already after the price droped to £1350 yesterday
 
I've got two of them. The first one is currently on its way to Tanzania with a customer, but the other one's sitting here on the shelf if you want to play with it. I haven't had a chance to play with it myself yet.

Anyone else... seen a review the other day and seems to be smoking hot lens based on the comprimise of size vs quality...

Interested in anyone elses opinions just now...

Need to save to buy first... for once in my life im going to do it the right way instead of the credit card way...

How much are they going for? As it's a pretty big purchase, I'd say definitely rent it before buying, just to check... Can't get better feedback than your own really :D.

Now if only there was a service where you could rent lenses for a small fee and that service had one sitting on a shelf waiting to be rented... :D :thumbs:
 
I think I will take stuart up on his offer... but just not at the moment... having a bit of a break from photograpy over the winter... got a backlog of PP to do and a new house with a diy job list to do... going to get that sorted this winter... and pay off my credit cards...

and then i'll look to save first before I buy... but im off to NYC in April... so will hire then and if I do like... which im already convinced i will... will save and buy...

However still interested in other peoples thoughts on the lens... and any shots using it!?!?!?!

... The wife is right... I simply need to get off my arse... stop making excusses for my constant debt... and take control of my life and just get it paid off... This lens will be arround for may years to come... and I dont need it now... I simply want it...

Im trating this lens as the test for my will power!!!! I will not let it beat me!!!
