Anyone posted camera gear from Spain to the UK?

I'm thinking of selling my D200 plus an 18-200mm VR lens. I live in Spain and am wondering if anyone has ever posted items such as these from Spain the UK (obviously with insurance) before?

I received a film camera body from Spain, with no problems.

Also an old school metal-bodied 70-210mm lens.

Moved back from Spain a few months ago, sent camera gear from there to USA, UK and Belgium with no problems at all. Expensive but make sure you insure everything fully.

We hired a lens to a guy in Spain once. No problems.
