I was wondering about that aswell, judging by not too many buttons etc I was assuming it was actually a film body with a large bit of glass on the front, looks like a gold band so I would presume it's Tamron / Tokina?

Hard to see the details but it looks like a Rolleiflex Automat 6x6 - Model K4A
June 1951 - March 1954. This was the first model with the larger focus knob as standard and an EVS scale.
She is very well kitted out with stuff and a subperb bipod.
