Curious on this one whether anyone had considered it and what the usable ISO is like. Anyone with any experiences please share :)

And whether it's a good complement to the 1DX when action is not considered a priority.

Thought about it mate but ISO noise isn't that great from the few tests shots I've done.
 
5DSr no pp full frame and crop iso 800 I rarely go above iso 800 with any camera .

again iso 800 this is 100%crop - you can see the noise on the wing area ,I do like the camera overall.

there is a guy on here who used a 5DS, posts in birds now and again - lives in the Philippines or similar
