Anyone using 7dayshop own brand CF cards?

I've got a holiday coming up and I'm going to need a fair amount of storage whilst away. Taking a look at the various cards available 7dayshops own brand CF card seem value for money based on price but does anyone here have any experience with their performance/reliability?

I've been using them for a while and have had no problems with them.
 
I use Transcend CF cards from Amazon - good value too and I've never had any problems with them.

I haven't done any speed tests but from Amazon for the 8GB x133 card (£8.66):

"Transcend’s 133x CF cards achieve extraordinarily fast read/write speeds of up to 45MB/16MB per second on average**" (I couldn't find the ** footnote) (source)

and for the 7day Shop 8GB x300 (£10.99):

"Tested Up to 52MB/s read and up to 15MB/s write" (source)​

The transfer rate claims seem to vary between size of card for both brands even though the 'x' speed stays the same (7dayshop 16GB x300 "Tested Up to 51MB/s read and up to 10MB/s write" - Transcend 16GB x133 "Data transfer rate: 21.5MB/sec(Max)" :thinking:
 
I too have some Transcend 133x cf cards and have used them for about 2 years without a hitch - I rarely fire off more that one shot at a time so cannot say how fast they are but I've had no problems and for the price I am well impressed.
I have a 5d2 so only 3.9fps but on the few times I have just held down the shutter release I have never been held up by the card trying to keep up over a something like a couple of seconds.

Read speed is almost irrelevant. Most people are still using USB2 which is limited to 30 MB/s anyhow. A write speed of 10 MB/s is pitifully slow nowadays. I wouldn't use anything slower than 30 MB/s and preferably twice as fast as that.
