Anyone using Outlook or Outlook Express? Help needed

Am preparing a email newsletter to send to customers. Have tested myself on Mac Mail and Gmail and it looks fine. Tried it on a friends laptop with Outlook and it looked awful, the pics were much bigger than they should have been and it looked a mess.

If anyone would be good enough to PM their email, I could send a copy to you and see if it was just a one off, or if it just looks a mess in Outlook!

Are you sure it wasn't just the resolution of their monitor? Lower res = proportiona;lly larger looking images
 
Rather than the pic being business card size on the scree, it was huge... the logo went across the whole screen rather than less than half. Funnily enough, when Mark replied his screen dump was fine, but the reply part of the email looked awful, large pic and not the right format.
 
the screen resolution would do that. What I look at is 1680x1050 (well I use 2x monitors so 3360 x 1050.

If I change to 800 x 600, everything will look huge..... inc email and your 600 pixel business card will stretch across most of the screen.
 
Anyone else available? Would like to do a couple more just to be certain.
 
Thanks to the guys who have helped. Unfortunately for some reason the format goes pants when used with Outlook! Back to the drawing board!
