It looks like an RS6, couple that with a windy road and a heavy right foot......
 
He is one lucky guy! The ONLY part of the inside still intact is the drivers seat etc.

I read somewhere that the audi shot looks a lot worse than it is. I believe the roof and back was cut off.

Apparently the guy in the first pic was the driver, heres a quote from a VW forum posted by him.

My Audi A3 was written off months back as I went sideways into a tree after rolling into a ditch in a wet dark place. Tree branches pierced the body work and took all the windows out apart from the driver side :(..
Insurance paid out, I was thinking well at least I walked out of it.

Some bloke rang me a few weeks back asking for the log book as he had just bought it from a local dealer ! The car was a mess with crushed roof and door pillars which takes away from the structural integrity. Windows and body work can be replaced but the roof and pillars ? I wouldn't have been happy driving that again but looks like someone is ....
