I'm a new HS 50 owner & I'm struggling with a couple of things.
I have Auto ISO set (currently up to 800, I don't know if I should let it be higher or not)
When I look through the viewfinder I don't actually know what ISO the cameras picked, I know it's auto, but should it tell me anyway that its picked 200 or 100 or whatever?
At the bottom of the viewfinder (usually in blue) I see two numbers, the first apparently is shutter speed, but it gives me numbers like 40, 20, 26, 1, 1.2, 6 etc.
What the heck does that mean? if it said 1/250 or 1/1200 or something it might be a little clearer.
Any help please?
