AO snaps up camera seller Jessops

I wonder what their strategy will be - are AO looking to add a retail presence to their online business - so turning the Jessops stores into a PC World / Curry's type store (though on a small scale), or will they keep them as a specialist camera/optics store?
 
The purchase of the 7 remaining Jessops stores will give them a presence on the high street, which they have not had before.
I would imagine they will set up Argos style terminals in the stores to flog their white goods etc.
They own Music magpie, and adding used cameras and lenses will open up a new market for them.
 
Were there only 7 Jessops remaining? wow! I was surprised still to see the one in Kingston upon Thames still going, considering the local competition (Wex Putney, Teddington, Chiswick etc)
 
I thought AO was just the online division of Argos. Apparently not, it seems.
 
You never know might even see them back on the high streets ,tucked between the Turkish barbers and vape shops opposite a charity shop or two LOL
