Aperture 3 printing issue

Anyone having issues printing from Aperture3?

Specifically creating contact sheets is a nightmare. It takes approx 3 hours to process then comes up with a "print error".

Any clues?

Something to do with the DPI settings? Check you haven't got that set super high by mistake?
