The aphids are getting bigger round here
Haha something like that, the aphid is about 2mm.Ajophotog.
I assume these critters are pretty miniscule. Have you found a way to attach a microscope to the Panasonic?
All good shots. No.1 is the best for me.
It difficult to get the best out of a shot sometimes when dealing with such small creatures, the aphid was only 2mm in length so you can't just move it like you would a larger object. Some things I've shot are pretty hard to tell what they are until you look through the lensAh, you got sneaky again, eh?
First two have some composition issues, I feel, but they're all nice and sharp.
How many shots do you have to take to get 3 decent ones like these?
I use a panasonic fz8 with a raynox lens.I think the composition is great in #2 - his back is a bit distracting in #3 but it's still amazingly close!
What lens/tubes/etc do you use for these shots?
But what happens if I use my canonYou should put the FZ8 and the Raynox into your signature
Another extraordinary set of close ups AJ
Thanks for looking and commenting MinimeezeThe detail in these shots is amazing!
