Does anyone know if there is a CF card reader that uses Thunderbolt?

I doubt there will be anything yet what uses thunderbolt, although i think the question is, why?

USB is fast enough for the read and write speeds of a CF card by a long way

id have to agree that the throughput of thunderbolt is massively overkill for CF card transfer. unless youre looking for one purely for daisy chaining?

i cant find any on google but i know HP have recently shunned TB connectors due to the lack of devices at the moment. probably none about yet.

I agree TB is over kill for CF cards, Dont you just hate the way Apple upgrade their kit one week after you have bought their MacBook AIr which is now I% & has TB. Grrr

If you googled a bit then you would have found out that a MBA refresh was on the way. I knew that one was coming since June.

Really? I suppose so, if you've only got 30MB/s cards. Those with faster cards appreciate having to wait 1/2 or 1/3 the time for images to download.
