I've just taken delivery of an arca swiss z1 head this week. Tbh it was a bit of a cr@p yourself moment when I pressed buy on wex's website as it's a lot of money to drop on a ball head.
I have to say though once it was delivered all doubts quickly evaporated!
What an absolutely stuning piece of engineering. Everything about it exceeded my expectations, the fit and finish are top notch but the operation is on a complete new level to any head I've used before, perfectly smooth and the ability to adjust the tension so that the camera won't drop suddenly to one side is an amazing touch.
I appreciate this sounds like gushing but I just thought I'd post incase a my body else is looking at this head but have there finger paused on the add to cart button!
