It is incredibly frustrating to find dust inside premium L-series lenses right out of the box and we sincerely apologise for this disappointing experience.

I didn't do a selective search, just entered "dust Canon RF lenses" into the search engine.
It would annoy me far too much to enjoy using it, after spending that amount of money on two worthless lenses.
I have sold my old kit in the past, even when it's in exceptional condition you don't get much for it. Anything with any issues has little or no value.
I have used Jessops in the past without any issues,i.e. my 400D,700D,EF100-400mm lens ,three Minolta cameras plus eight lenses, memory cards,filters,film etc have been bought from Jessops.
Nearest one now is 30 miles away(60 miles round trip) and they had no clue when they could get any of what I wanted, in for me.Tried three months ago, it was like trying to get blood out of a stone!
However they did offer alternatives, mainly second hand.

- Were they alone or in a kit?
- Did you buy them directly from us or a reseller?
- Were they purchased brand new or refurbished?
