Are the small dots on this shot dust bunnies, its the first time ive notice any!!

Whats the best solution? Get it cleaned professionally or give it a shot myself?

Yep. It's not hard to do it yourself with a rocket blower tbh.

I agree with this above.
I had some massive dust bunnies and one took over about 5% of the screen. I was expecting it to be a proper sensor clean but with a few blows from the rocket blower they were all gone. (And you dont even touch the sensor just blow some air onto it).

Ill give it a shot with a rocket blower, dont really like the idea of touching the sensor myself though :-s

Don't go the professional route, use a rocket blower initially, and never be afraid of using the swabs if needed
