When using the camera on a tripod I got so fed up pulling off the 'rubber eyecup' off and replacing it with the 'eyepiece' cap that I made an eyepiece cap of my own.
It just slips over the rubber eyecup....Bingo
Not very pretty I know but sure serves the purpose.
Who said Heath-Robinson was dead
Why don't Nikon and the like supply similar things I wonder.
