Not a pano as such, just cropped the top and bottom off this shot and adjusted some levels.

Think I'd have kept walking and used it as a diagonal lead in from the bottom right corner (assuming you can get up enough to see past it of course). If it is too elevated for that then I'm not sure what to suggest

As it is the viaduct is stopping you seeing the horizon beyond so it is more of an obstruction than a subject. being horizontal in the frame it doesn't lead your eye as well to the left as it could do.

I know what you mean, about the lead ..

The sand is like quicksand though and you cannot really walk on it.

I hear what you say though and will try to bear it in mind next time I see something similar !!

No- too much quicksand on the Arnside shoreline. I know- I walked out there and didn't get too far!

Nice sky, but the 'main subject' is too small to see properly, and as already said it's blocking the horizon and the landscape beyond. Soz.

I got a similar shot, with and without the train ....

But my sky was rubbish

The problem is i think it aint much of a bridge so any shot is lacking a little
